Our Data Processing Addendum describes encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and operational safeguards. Chad uses Google Cloud infrastructure and HTTPS for protected connections.
The DPA also sets out the responsibilities that apply when Chad processes personal data on your behalf.

Chad’s SOC 2 compliance is Currently in evaluation period (in progress). We work with independent auditors to evaluate our operational controls, data protection practices and infrastructure safeguards against the Trust Services Criteria.
