Follow these simple steps in your Shopify admin to solve the problem!
1. Log into your Shopify admin
2. Click on Online Store
3. Click on Themes > Customize
4. Click on App Embeds
5. Turn on the Chad widget
6. Ensure your Chad widget stays visible: Adjusting the z-value
If your store has a lot of plugins—like discount banners, pop-ups, or other interactive elements—the Chad app bubble might get hidden underneath these layers, making it difficult for your customers to see or click it.
The z-value controls the stacking order of elements on your webpage. By giving the Chad widget a higher z-value, you ensure it stays on top of other plugins, so the bubble is always visible and clickable, no matter how many overlays you have.
